The Greater Woodbury Arts Council is a community-based, grass roots organization. We highlight the efforts of area artists by promoting various programs and events. Our membership includes visual and performing artists, along with local and community activists. The Arts have always been alive in Woodbury, and we invite you to join us as we move forward.

NARCISSA WEATHERBEE VISUAL ARTIST AWARD
The Greater Woodbury Arts Council has established an award fund in memory of our friend, Narcissa Weatherbee. The award idea arose out of a deep-seated feeling among local artists to do something to commemorate Narcissa for all the contributions she made to the arts in our communities. Because she was a visual artist, that is the focus of the award. Its purpose is to foster continued interest in visual arts in a young recipient. A 2010 graduating senior at Woodbury High School was the first recipient of the award.
